Egg noodles recipe with step by step pictures
Egg noodles recipe is one of the Chinese recipe and healthy too. Egg gives you better taste when it is added to any recipe. Here i cooked simple egg noodles without any vegetables. If you want you can add that too.
This is a easy and tasty recipe that can be made within short time. It is perfect for weekend night too. I often make egg rice and egg noodles without vegetables for my kids . Try this recipe.
Ingredients :
. Egg noodles - 1/2 packet
. Oil - 2tblsp
. Ginger - 1/2 tsp ( minced)
. garlic - 1 tsp (minced )
. spring onion (white) - 1tsp
. Spring onion (greens ) - 1tsp
. Eggs - 2
. dark soy sauce - 1tsp
. White pepper powder - 1tsp
. Black pepper powder - 1tsp
. Salt to taste
Method :
1. Boil the noodles until it gets cooked. Strain it. Rinse through cold water. Add oil to it, mix well and keep it aside.
2. Add oil in a pan. Add the eggs. Scrumble it and keep it aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic. Saute it. Add spring onion white. Saute for 10 sec.
4. Add cooked noodles. Add soy sauce, white pepper powder and salt.
5. Mix it well. Add scrumbled eggs and black pepper powder.
6. Mix it. Finally add spring onion greens. Toss well. Serve.
