Egg rice for kids without onion
This egg rice recipe was tried for my kids lunch box. They like it very much. Healthy and yummy. This can be cooked within 3 to 4 mins. If i have leftover rice, then i should definitely make this as a meal or snack.

Ingredients :
. Boiled rice - 1 cup
. Egg - 1
. black pepper powder - 1 tsp
. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
. Salt to taste
. Oil - 2 tblsp
Method :
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
2. Put the egg. Add half of the pepper powder and salt.
3. Add turmeric powder.
4. Scrumble the egg .
5. Add the boiled rice.
6. Add the remaining pepper powder and salt.
7. Saute for 2 min in medium flame.
8. Serve hot.
Pictorial :

6) Mix it well. Cook for a min in low flame.
9) Kids friendly egg rice is ready.
Note :
1. Adjust the pepper powder and salt upto your taste.
