Pachai payaru kulambu recipe with step by step pictures
Pachai payaru kulambu is an accompaniment for steamed rice and also for idli, dosas. I like to have different varieties of dal in day to day recipes. Today i made this pachai payaru(green gram) kulambu which is a protein rich recipe. I usually soak green gram overnight and cook in morning. But Today I forget to soak overnight. So I pressure cooked green gram for 4 whistles. After pressure releases, again pressure cooked for 3 whistles. Now, i get the perfectly cooked Soft green gram. I cooked using it.
