How to make vegetable hakka noodles with step by step pictures
Vegetable hakka noodles is a famous Chinese food. In India, it became a party recipe. For any occasions like birthday parties, noodles is one of the dishes. Kids love the noodles even elders too.
Everytime we get to any restaurants or any street food stalls, we definitely order noodles recipes. Today i was making vegetable hakka noodles without onion and capsicum, because my kids didn't like that in their noodles recipe. You can add that too.
The soy sauce enhances the taste of the noodles and gives you the perfect Chinese noodles taste. So Do not skip that. This recipe is perfect for busy week nights. This vegetable hakka noodles goes well with Chinese starters like paneer 65, gobi manchurian, baby corn fry and others. Try out this recipe. Enjoy the food.
Ingredients :
. Hakka noodles - 1packet
. Oil - 4 tblsp
. Ginger - 2 tsp ( minced )
. garlic - 2 tsp ( minced )
. spring onion (white) - 1/4 cup
. Spring onion (greens) - 1/4 cup
. carrot - 1/2 cup
. Beans - 1/2 cup
. Cabbage - 1 cup
. Dark soy sauce - 1tblsp
. White pepper powder - 1tblsp
. Salt to taste

Method :
1. Boil the noodles until it cooked. Strain it and rinse with cold water. Add 1tblsp oil to it. Mix well and keep it aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic. Saute for 15 sec. Add chopped spring onion white. Saute.
3. Add chopped vegetables . Saute until raw smell goes out.
4. Add cooked noodles . Mix well.
5. Add soy sauce, white pepper powder and salt. Toss well.
6. Add some spring onion greens. Toss well.
7. Serve.
