Naattu kozhi kulambu / healthy naattu kozhi kulambu / chicken kulambu

Naattu kozhi kulambu recipe with step by step pictures

Naattu kozhi ( country chicken)  is very  healthy compared to broiler chicken.  This naattu kozhi kulambu is a traditional tamilnadu recipe which i have learnt from my mom.  It is very easy to cook recipe.  It is served with steamed rice or as a sidedish for idli,  dosas, chapathi, naan,  etc.   In our home,  every sunday my mom make this kulambu as a sidedish for poori and idli.    It is an ultimate combination.  Do try this kulambu at your home and you just love it.

Usually naatukozhi kulambu is made in mudpot.  But i have cooked it in pressure cooker as naatukozhi takes more time to cook and to cook quickly, i have pressure cooked for 4-5 whistles.  It came out too good.
