Chicken clear soup recipe with step by step pictures
Soup is a very good appetizer. Soup contains the taste and strength of the vegetable or meat. It is very healthy and suitable for kids who do not like to eat veggies . It is a great way to include all the vitamins of different vegetables in kids meal. Whether it is vegetable soup or any meat soup, it is healthy for all of us.
Today i made a simple chicken clear soup with naatukozhi. In tamilnadu, there is a strong believe that naatukozhi soup helps to cure cold and gives great relief. It strengthen our bones. For soup, use chicken pieces with bones because the bones of the chicken has more taste and strength.
This chicken soup is a simple version and it is not spicy but tastes too good. Kids love it. Do try at your home. The pieces in the soup can be used to make some other dishes and i made chicken chukka fry with the cooked chicken pieces that tastes too yummy. Will post that recipe soon.
