Paruppu urundai kulambu recipe with step by step pictures
Paruppu urundai kulambu is a tasty and delicious kulambu which is one of my all time favorite. This recipe had taught to me by my mom. This kulambu is made with paruppu urundai which is made with both toor dal and channa dal. I have taken 1/2 cup of channa dal and 1/4 cup of toor dal. You can take any proportion as per your taste. It is very easy to cook but takes little time as we steam the paruppu urundai. You can add the urundai directly without steaming but it might break when cooking. I prefer to steam the urundai. This kulambu is best when cooked 3 - 4 hours before serving. And so the urundai gets the flavour of kulambu in it.
