Avarakkai kulambu / flat beans kulambu

Avarakkai kulambu recipe with step by step pictures

Avarakkai kulambu is a tasty and healthy recipe that i have learnt it from my mom.  Personally i think that this kulambu is loaded with more vegetables and we dont want any sidedish (poriyal)  to accompany it.  This kulambu is made with freshly roasted and grounded spices that enhances the taste of this recipe.   The aroma of fenugreek seeds makes the dish awesome.  Do try it and sure you dont use any store bought masalas for kulambu recipes then.
