Prawn thokku (eral thokku) recipe with step by step pictures

Prawn thokku is a south-indian thokku recipe which goes well with hot rice and also for Indian flat breads like chapathi, naan, paratha, roti and even for idli dosas. It is spicy and tangy. It is made with easily available ingredients in our pantry. It is very easy to cook and made within 15 mins. Prawns cooks fast but it takes time to clean the prawns. I have cleaned the prawns the previous day and keep it in refrigerator and it becomes easy to cook.
