crispy corn recipe with step by step pictures
Crispy corn is a recipe made with sweet corn kernels, coated with flour, fried in oil and tossed with herbs and spices. I hear that it is barbecue style crispy corn and thought of making it at home. It is a starter or appetizer.
Recently i went to the vegetable market, when I saw the sweet corns there, i immediately thought of the crispy corn recipe. And soon i made it. It is healthy and tastes yummy. Try this recipe.

Ingredients :
. sweet corn kernels - 1 cup
. Maida - 2tblsp
. Corn flour - 2 tblsp
. Pepper powder - 1tsp
. Salt - 1tsp
. Onion - 2tblsp finely chopped
. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
. Chat masala - 1 tsp
. Coriander leaves - 1tblsp finely chopped
. Lemon juice - 1 tblsp
. Oil for frying
Method :
1. put the sweet corn kernels in boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain it.
2. Add maida, corn flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Fry the kernels in the oil .
4. In a bowl, put the fried corn kernels. Add the chopped onion, coriander leaves, chat masala and chilli powder . Mix well .
5. Add lemon juice. Mix well.
6. Serve.

1) Take the boiled sweet corn kernels.
2) Put the kernels in the boiling water for 5minutes .
3) Starin it.
4) Add maida, corn flour, salt and pepper powder to it.
5) Mix well until the kernels are coated with the flour.
6) Heat oil in a kadai. Put the corn kernels.
7) Fry and strain the corn kernels.
8) Add onion, coriander leaves , chilli powder and chat masala .
9) Add lemon juice.
10) Mix well. Serve.
