Peas pulao/ matar pulao/ green peas pulao/ pressure cooker pulao

Peas pulao recipe with step by step pictures

Peas pulao is my all time favourite recipe.  I love fresh peas so much.  You can see many of my recipes,  i have used fresh peas. Fresh peas has a little sweet taste of its own than dried peas.  My love for peas starts by tasting peas pulao in my brother's home.  Till then i have used dried peas that i had soaked it overnight and then used for the recipes.  But Fresh peas is soo soft and has a unique taste. And coming to the recipe,  i used coconut milk in it to enhance the taste.  Another main ingredient in this recipe is mint leaves.  Do not skip mint leaves,  as it gives the flavour for the pulao recipe.  Hope you like it and try it and let me know how it turns out to you.

Enjoy the food!
