Poori masala/ poori khizhangu - sidedish recipe

Poori masala recipe with step by step pictures

Poori masala is a sidedish for poori in most of the restaurants.  It is little creamy and you can make this recipe little thick and can be used for masala dosa as a filling.  I added peas to this recipe as it gives nice colour contrast to the masala.  You can add carrots too.  Try this recipe.  It is very simple and a best sidedish for your all time favorite poori.

Enjoy the food!
