Vazhakkai varuval/ plantain fry

Vazhakkai varuval recipe with step by step pictures

Vazhakkai varuval (plantain fry)  is a sidedish recipe for south Indian variety rice, or any vegetarian meal.  I like it having with curd rice.  It is a simple yet tasty dish and very easy to cook.  I usually make this recipe by marinating raw plantain and then fried in tawa or pan using less oil.  Try this recipe.

Enjoy the food!
