Flat beans stir fry / Avarakkai poriyal

Avarakkai  (flat beans) poriyal recipe with step by step pictures

Avarakkai poriyal is a sidedish recipe for rice in South Indian lunch menu.  It is not only a sideside recipe but a good accompaniment for rice.  My mom give this poriyal mixed with rice for my lunch box in my school days.  Today i served it with some masala curd.  It is soo good with curd rice.  It is a healthy and tasty recipe.  Hope you like it.
