Pesarattu / Green moong dal dosa/ green gram dosa / pachai payaru dosai

Pesarattu (green gram dosa)  recipe with step by step pictures

Pesarattu is a famous breakfast recipe of andra pradesh.  This is a easy and very healthy recipe.  This dosa doesn't need any dosa batter,  just grind soaked green gram with chilli, ginger and cumin seeds and your batter is ready to make dosas and we dont want to ferment the batter.  Personally,  i like it very much and i often make it for my daughter.  She likes dosas very much and i wanted to make it even healthier.  Then,  this recipe was my first option because we can easily hide the lentils in thier food.  She enjoyes it very much.  You can add some finely chopped onions in this batter,  if you are cooking it for elders.  It tastes soo good.
