Tawa Fish fry recipe with step by step pictures

Fish fry is a sidedish recipe for rice in non-vegetarian meal.  Fish is very healthy and good for everyone.  In my home,  everybody likes fish fry.  I usually make fish fry by deep frying in oil.  But my husband doesn't likes it much as it becomes dry when gets cooled.  So i tawa fried the fish and it tastes too good.  It takes less oil to cook and soo soft in texture.  I marinate it with easily available ingredients in our pantry and it gives nice flavour to the fish.

Today i cooked pomfret( vavval)  fish fry.  This type of fish has less bone and i prefer it for my kids.  Roast the fish only 2 mins each side.  Otherwise it will broke as it is overcooked.
