Baby corn 65 recipe with step by step pictures
Baby corn 65 is a vegetarian stater and a sidedish for veg meal. It is a simple and easy to cook recipe with the same procedure as for other 65 recipes. It is very tasty and delicious recipe that you must try. It doesn't take much time to cook as we don't want to clean the baby corn and it is a ready to cook veggie. The only time taking process is the marination. We have to marinate it for 1/2 an hour. Give it a try and sure you like it.

Ingredients :
. Baby corn - 1 packet ( approximately 9 pieces)
. Maida - 2 tblsp
. Corn flour - 2 tblsp
. Rice flour - 1 tblsp
. Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tblsp
. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
. Garam masala - 1/2 tblsp
. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tblsp
. Lemon juice - 2 tsp
. Kasuri methi - 1 tblsp
. Salt to taste
Method :
1. Chop the baby corn into 1/2 inch pieces. Cook in hot water for 5 mins until soft.
2. Take maida, corn flour , rice flour, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, kasuri methi in a bowl.
3. Mix well by adding little water to make a paste. Add chopped baby corn. Mix well.
4. Rest it for 1/2 an hour.
5. Heat oil for frying. Gently drop the marinated baby corn into hot oil. Cook all the sides well. Strain the fried baby corn. Serve.

Chop the baby corn into 1/2 inch pieces

Take maida, corn flour and rice flour in a mixing bowl
Add chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt and ginger garlic paste
Add lemon juice and curshed kasuri methi
Add little water and mix everything to make a smooth batter
Add the cooked babycorn into it
Mix well until babycorn coats well with the batter. Rest it for about 1/2 an hour
Heat oil in a kadai. Drop the marinated babycorn gently one by one into hot oil
Fry in medium flame until all the sides becomes cooked. Strain the fried babycorn
Transfer to plate. Now babycorn 65 is ready to be served. Yum yum 😋
