 Chicken fried rice (street style) recipe with step by step pictures



                    Chicken fried rice is one of my most favorite street foods. It tastes yummy . Today I have tried this chicken fried rice and it came out too good. It tastes just like the one which we usually buy in fast food shops. Do try this recipe and sure you will like it. Check out the recipe below with step by step pictures.

Ingredients  : 


.  Leftover Chicken 65  -  1 cup ( roughly chopped) 
.  Basmati rice  -  2 cup  (cooked) 
.  Oil  -  2 tblsp
.  Garlic  -  5 (minced) 
.  Onion  -  1 small sized  (sliced) 
.  Carrot  -  1 (finely chopped) 
.  Beans  -  7  (finely chopped) 
.  Cabbage -  1 cup  (shredded) 
.  Eggs  - 2
.  Chilli powder  -  2 tsp
.  Pepper powder  -  1 tsp
.  Soya sauce  -  1 tblsp
.  Salt to taste 


Method  :  


               1.  Take boneless chicken 65 . Chop it into pieces. Keep it aside. 

              2.  Heat oil in kadai. Add minced garlic. Saute for few secs. Keep the flame high. Add sliced onion. Saute for few secs. 

             3. Add chopped veggies. Saute for a min in high flame. Add eggs. Cook for few secs. 

            4. Add chilli powder and soya sauce. Mix well for few secs. Add cooked basmati rice. Add chicken pieces and pepper powder. 

            5. Toss it well until all the ingredients combines together. Tasty chicken fried rice in street style is ready. Serve it hot. 


Pictorial  : 


               Take boneless chicken 65. Chop it into pieces ( I have used leftover Chicken 65 , use can cook chicken and add to this recipe) 


                            Heat oil in kadai 


                  Always keep the flame at high. Add minced garlic. Saute for 3 secs


            Add sliced onion. Saute for few secs


                         Add chopped veggies


                 Saute for a min in high flame


                               Add two eggs


                              Saute for a min


              Add chilli powder and soya sauce


                              Mix it well


                     Add cooked basmati rice


                 Add chopped chicken pieces and pepper powder  (you can add white pepper powder too) 


               Toss it well until all the ingredients combines together


            Tasty and yummy chicken fried rice is ready. Serve it hot 😋😋! !
