Thalicha dosai/ Tadka dosa/ Dosa recipe

Thalicha dosai recipe with step by step pictures

Dosa is a south-indian breakfast recipe that is made with rice and urad dal flour.  There are different types of dosas.  This thalicha dosa (tadka dosa)  is one of them.  This recipe can be made with fresh dosa batter.  I usually make this dosa with leftover dosa batter which is sour.  The dosa batter will get sour after few days and this simple tadka changes the sour taste and tastes yummy.
This dosa can be served with some Coconut chutney  or Coconut fried gram chutney.  I also used this batter to make Kara kuzhi paniyaram.
