South-indian lunch menu ideas
Today is a simple week days lunch menu. As all we know, south-indian lunch must have steamed rice, accompaniment and sidedish. If you wish, you can add 2 or more accompaniments (kulambu) and more sidedishes or papads. But today was a busy week day, i have cooked kootu and a sidedish recipe.
This menu has steamed rice, ridge gourd kootu and brinjal pepper fry. I always cook spicy sidedish for kootu as it is less spicy and a mild recipe. So brinjal pepper fry goes well with Ridge gourd kootu. Hope you try it.
