South-indian lunch menu ideas
South-indian lunch menu is always a filling menu that consists of steamed rice, Rice accompaniment, Sidedish, rasam, curd and a pappad. Today i came up with a simple lunch menu that i cook for a busy weekdays. This menu contains rice, accompaniment, Sidedish and pappads. I started up with soaking the rice, then chopped the veggies and prepare tomato puree for rasam. Then i cook rice accompaniment and sidedish, side by side as i have two burner stove. Then after that i cook rice and rasam which is very easy to make and you dont want to stand infront of the stove, In the meantime you can wash the utensils and wipe the counter top and your cooking is done along with other kitchen works. Finally, before serving lunch i make pappads as it is crisp for short time and i made it just before serving.
