South-indian lunch menu ideas
Hello everyone! Today i came with a simple lunch menu. This menu includes sambar, rasam, poriyal and steamed rice. Today i haven't any vegetables at home and so thought to cook simply with shallots (small onion) and drumstick leaves that i get it from my neighbour house. So i cooked my all time favorite sambar( chinna vengaya sambar) , tomato rasam and drumstick stir fry (murungaikeerai poriyal).

Hope you like the recipes. Try it. Its very easy if you peel the skins of the shallots the day before and remove the stems of drumstick leaves. You dont need to chop the veggies, just chop some onions and tomatoes. You can take a tblsp of cooked dal which you cooked for sambar and add it to the murungai keerai poriyal, it tastes soo good.
