Puli sadam / Instant tamarind rice / leftover rice recipe

Puli sadam recipe with step by step pictures

Today i am going to share a very easy and tasty leftover rice recipe.  My mom did this often whenever she has some leftover rice at home.  This puli sadam is a instant recipe and it is different from puliotharai/ pulihora.  Cooked rice do not stays for long time.  If i cook rice at early morning,  it will spoil after 8 hours at summer.  If i had some leftover rice and dont want to spoil it,  i make a matination with tamarind puree and the rice stays good.  I even temper it after 6 hours and it is soo fresh and tastes too good.  Give it a try.

Few more rice recipes to try out,
