Urulaikilangu bonda recipe with step by step pictures

Are you a Potato lover like me? .  This urulaikilangu bonda is a yummy treat for Potato lovers.  I use Potatoes in most of my recipes.  Whatever the recipe,  is there any possibility then i used to add potatoes in it.  My daughters do like it very much.  This bonda is a easy evening time snack that you can make it within 5 -  10 mins,  if the Potato stuffing is made earlier.  I usually make the stuffing before and make bondas at the tea - time.  It tastes yummy and fulfills the tastebuds.

According to me,  the Potato stuffing can be used in many recipes like,  it is used as a stuffing for south-indian masala dosa,  or it is served as podimas ( sidedish for rice),  or adding little water and gram flour make it as sidedish for poori.  I have already posted the recipes.  Check out the recipes using the links given below.
