                  Bread bajji is a evening time snack or tea time snack. It is a easy and quick recipe that you can make it within 10 - 15 mins. Usually bajji is made with any vegetables like potato, brinjal, plantain. But this bread bajji is liked by kids very much. Ingredients  :

.  Bread slice  - 3
.  Besan flour / gram flour  -  1 cup
.  Rice flour  -  1 tblsp
.  Chilli powder  -  1 ts p
.  Turmeric powder  -  1/4 tsp
.  Salt to taste
.  Asafoetida / hing  -  1 tsp 
.  Baking soda  -  1 pinch (optional) 
.  Oil for frying


Method  :


           1.  Take bread slices. Cut it diagonally.  Heat oil for frying. 

          2. Take all the other ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add water and mix it well to make batter. The batter should be neither thick nor thin. 

         3. Dip the bread slice into batter. Take it out. Fry it in oil until both sides become golden brown. Strain it. Serve.

      In the meantime , take gram flour in a bowl


       Add rice flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, hing, baking soda


        Add water and mix well to make a batter
( batter should be neither thick nor thin) 


      Dip the bread slice into batter. Take it out
( do not soak the bread, a dip is enough. Otherwise the bread might break) 


        Drop into hot oil. Keep the flame to medium


           Fry both the sides until golden brown. Strain the bajji. Transfer to plate


              Tasty bread bajji is ready. Serve
