Ingredients :
. Bread slice - 6
. Corn flour - 1 tblsp
. Maida - 1/4 cup
. Onion - 1 small sized (finely chopped)
. Green chilli - 2 (finely chopped )
. Salt to taste
. Oil for frying
Method :
1. Take bread slices. Dip in water and squeeze out the excess water.
2. Add all purpose flour and corn flour. Add onion, green chilli and salt. Mix well to make a dough.
3. Hear oil in kadai. Pinch out the dough into oil. Cook in medium flame until all the sides becomes golden brown and crisp.
4. Strain the pakora. Serve.

Take bread slices
Dip the bread slices in water. Squeeze out the excess water ( do not soak)
Add maida and corn flour
Add finely chopped onion, green chillies and salt
Mix well to make a soft dough
Heat oil in a kadai
Grease your hands with oil and pinch out the dough into oil
Cook in medium flame until all the sides becomes golden brown
Strain the pakora
Serve hot
