Egg stuffed paratha recipe with step by step pictures
Egg paratha is a simple and delicious recipe which is made with easily available ingredients in our kitchen. It doesn't need any accompaniment or you can serve it with some raita. It tastes too good but you need little patience while filling the egg mixture into paratha. A cup with a spout works well to fill the paratha with egg mixture. Do try at your home.

Ingredients :
For stuffing : (to make 3 parathas)
. Egg - 2
. Salt - 1 tsp
. Pepper powder - 2 tsp
. Onion - 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
. Coriander leaves - 2 tblsp (finely chopped)
For paratha :
. Wheat flour / atta - 1 cup
. Salt - 1 tsp
. Oil - 1 tblsp
. Water to knead
. Oil to drizzle over paratha
Method :
1. Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt and oil. Mix well. Add water and knead well to make soft dough. Cover with cloth and rest for 15 mins.
2. Crack open two eggs in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, onion and coriander leaves. Mix well.
3. Take a small dough ball. Dust with flour and flatten it using rolling pin. Apply a tsp of oil. Fold the dough into square shape.
4. Spread the dough again using rolling pin.
5. Heat tawa. Place the flattened dough over it. Drizzle a tsp of oil. Cook for a min. Flip it to another side.
6. You can get the layers. Gently open the layer and fill it with egg mixture. Cook for few secs.
7. Flip it and cook both the sides well. Transfer to plate. Egg stuffed paratha is ready.

Take medium sized dough ball
Dust with flour
Flatten it using rolling pin
Add a tsp of oil to it
Spread the oil over it
Fold the dough
Fold it in sides to make square shaped
Again flatten it
Heat tawa. Place the flattened dough over it
Drizzle a tsp of oil around it
Cook for few secs. Flip it to another side and cook for few secs
You can get the layers. Gently open it
Fill it with the egg mixture
Cook both sides well. Remove to plate
Egg stuffed paratha is ready to be served
