Saiva meen varuval recipe with step by step pictures
Saiva meen varuval is a sidedish recipe for Indian meal. It is basically made with plantain (raw banana) but with same marination as for fish fry. Usually plantain can be chopped into round shape or cubes for frying but to imitate fish we are going to chop it in side ways and make a hole at center. It just resembles the texture and look of fish fry. But it takes little time than usual vazhakkai varuval. Do try at your home.
