Beans poriyal / french beans fry / simple poriyal recipe

Beans poriyal recipe with step by step pictures

In our home,  poriyal is a must recipe in our meal.   It is the best way to have more vegetables in our day to day food.  According to me,  poriyal is not only a sidedish for a meal but as an accompaniment for rice.  If i was very lazy to cook or having short time to finish cooking,  then i would go for this.  Today i cooked a very simple and healthy french beans poriyal.  Like my other poriyal recipes,  just temper some ingredients and cook along with veggies and spices,  finally topped with grated coconut,  poriyal is ready to serve.  It is a quick recipe and french beans cooks too fast.
