South-indian simple lunch menu
In south-india, lunch is the one which takes much time to cook compared to breakfast and dinner. Because, lunch menu must had rice, an accompaniment, Sidedish, and pappads (optional) and even more. So it takes time to cook. Today i made this simple lunch menu within 30 minutes. It contains steamed rice, dal fry ( tadka dal), tadka curd ( thalicha thayir) and tricolour poriyal and appalam.
Dal doesn't have veggies and so i have made tricolour poriyal which has carrot, beans and Potatoes. Try out this lunch menu and it is very easy to cook and it fulfills your tastebuds. I have already posted the recipes and check out that through the links given below.
