Chicken pakora recipe with step by step pictures 


              Chicken pakora is a starter or evening time snack recipe.  This chicken pakora is the easy version.  It is made with easily available ingredients in our pantry.  It is my daughter's favorite.  Try at your home and hope you like it.

Ingredients   : 


.   Boneless chicken   -  300 gms 
.   Corn flour   -  1/2 cup
.   Chilli powder   -  1 tblsp
.   Ginger garlic paste   -  1 tblsp 
.   Salt to taste
.   Egg white  -  from 1 egg
.   Kasuri methi  -  2 tsp
.   Curd  -   3 tblsp 
.   Oil for frying

Method  : 


           1. Wash the chicken well.  Add all the ingredients except oil.  Mix well.  Keep it in refrigerator for atleast one hour.  

          2. Heat oil for frying.  Drop the marinated chicken pieces one by one into it.  Cook in medium flame until it becomes golden brown.  Chicken pakora is ready.

             Wash the chicken pieces well


Add corn flour,  salt,  chilli powder, kasuri methi,  ginger garlic paste, curd and egg white


Mix well.  Keep it in refrigerator for atleast one hour ( add more corn flour if needed.  Keeping in refrigerator makes the chicken juicy) 


Heat oil for frying 


Drop the marinated chicken pieces one by one into it


Cook in medium flame until it becomes golden brown.  It takes 2 -  3 mins.  Stir in between to cook evenly.  Strain the pakora


Yummy and tasty chicken pakora is ready to be served.  Serve with onion and lemon
