Kotthu chapathi recipe / egg kotthu chapathi / leftover chapathi recipe

Kotthu chapathi recipe with step by step pictures

Chapathi is an indian flat bread made with wheat flour.  It is served for breakfast, dinner or even for lunch with a sidedish like kurma, gravy or some curries.  I make chapathi once in two days.  It is healthy which contains more fibre.  Some days i have some leftover chapathi.  I like to eat chapathi little warm.  But these leftover chapathi becomes hard when heated again in tawa.  So i make it as kotthu chapathi with eggs and this recipe doesn't need any sidedish and it tastes too good.  You can try it at your home and sure you like it.
