Aloo paratha recipe with step by step pictures
Aloo paratha is a famous north-indian breakfast. It is a paratha made with wheat flour and stuffed with mashed potatoes with some spices. Today i have made aloo paratha for my kids and so i haven't added green chillies. You can add it too or you can use your favorite stuffings. This is a basic and simple paratha that fulfills your tastebuds. It can be served with any curries, kurma or gravies. But onion raita and pickle goes well with this aloo paratha. Do try at your home.
