Mushroom omelette recipe with step by step pictures 


                Omelette is a all time favorite and famous dish made with eggs.  We can make any type of variations in omelette.  And today i have made this Mushroom omelette.  Actually i have some leftover Mushroom in my refrigerator and i thought to make any dish with Mushroom that doesn't take much time to cook  and i did this Mushroom omelette.  It tastes too good.  Try your variations in your omelette.

Ingredients   :


.   Mushroom   -  1/4 cup (sliced) 
.   Egg  -  2
.   Salt to taste
.   Chilli powder  -  1/4  tsp
.   Turmeric powder   -  1/4 tsp
.   Pepper powder  -  1/2  tsp
.   Oil to drizzle over omelette 


Method  : 


            1.  Heat oil in a kadai.  Add sliced Mushroom.  Saute until it leaves water.  Add turmeric, chilli powder,  pepper powder and salt. Saute until it gets dried. 

           2.  Crack open two eggs in a bowl.  Add salt for eggs.  Add sauteed mushrooms to it.  Mix well.  

          3. Heat dosa tawa.  Pour the egg mixture.  Drizzle a tsp of oil around it.  Cook for few secs.  Flip it and again cook for few secs.  Cook both the sides until golden brown.  

         4. Turn off the flame.  Yummy Mushroom omelette is ready.

Saute until it leaves water


Add salt,  pepper powder,  chilli powder and turmeric powder 


Saute well


Saute until it gets dried.  Turn off the flame


Crack open two eggs in a bowl


Add salt for eggs.  Mushrooms has salt itself.  So add little salt


Beat well


Add sauteed Mushroom 


Mix well


Heat dosa tawa.  Apply a tsp of oil


Pour the egg mixture.  Drizzle a tsp of oil over it


Cook for few secs.  Flip it


Cook both the sides until golden brown 


Mushroom omelette is ready to be served
