Sweet somas recipe with step by step pictures

Sweet somas is a traditional south-indian sweet. It is most commonly made for diwali festival. My mother-in-law make it for diwali and give it to all our relatives. She makes it very tasty and I liked it very much. Today I have made it with full of joy because I missed this sweet for the past two diwalis.

This sweet somas looks like fried momos with sweet stuffing inside. I usually make the stuffings more quantity and store it in air-tight container and keep it in refrigerator for further use. Today I have made dough using half of the quantity that is mentioned below and store the remaining stuffing to make somas after few days. Try this recipe at your home. Hope you like it
