Capsicum stir fry recipe with step by step pictures

Capsicum is one of the vegetables which cooks quickly and can be used in many Chinese recipes as well as north-indian sabjies. Today I have tried this capsicum stir fry in south-indian style and it came out too good. Do try at your home and sure you like it. It is a sidedish for pulao, biriyani, brinji and south-indian variety rices. Today I served it with Peas pulao.
