Soya chunks gravy / meal maker gravy

Soya chunks gravy recipe with step by step pictures

Soya chunks gravy is a sidedish recipe for Indian flat breads like chapathi, naan, roti and even for poori and dosas.  I like this recipe and i often make it if i dont have any veggies like carrots, potato, peas and others and if i forget to soak channas to make gravy. Soya chunks is an instant ingredient to cook.  Just soak it in hot water for 10 mins is enough, it is ready to cook.  My daughter liked it very much as it has a texture of chicken.  This is a tasty and easy to cook recipe for dinner or breakfast.
