Manathakkali keerai poriyal recipe with step by step pictures

Manathakkali keerai is one of the healthiest greens which cures stomach problems as well as mouth.  Take this keerai twice a week.  I cook this manathakkali keerai as a sidedish for rice (manathakkali keerai poriyal)  as well as sidedish for idli,  dosas (Manathakkali keerai chutney).

This manathakkali keerai poriyal  is a basic,  very easy and quick recipe which you can cook in just 10 mins.  The main part is that it takes some time to remove the stems and collect the leaves.  I usually do this cleaning step a day before and store the leaves in the refrigerator.  It helps me the next day to cook a healthy  poriyal recipe quickly.  Try this and let me know.
