Chicken leg fry recipe with step by step pictures









                  Chicken leg fry is a sidedish recipe in non-veg meal. It is very easy to cook recipe as well as yummy. It is done with only few ingredients . You can even pre- prepare it,  then keep it in refrigerator for few hours and cook just before serving. The marination time is most important. It makes the chicken juicy and tasty. Ingredients  : 


.  Chicken leg  -  4
.  Kashmiri chilli powder  -  2 tblsp
.  Coriander powder  -  1 tblsp
.  Garam masala  -  1 tblsp
.  Ginger garlic paste  -  1 tblsp
.  Salt to taste
.  Curd  -  2 tblsp
.  Lemon juice  -  1 tsp
.  Corn flour  -  3 tblsp
.  Oil for frying

Method  : 


           1.  Clean the chicken leg with plenty of water. Make deep slits around the leg. 

          2. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, curd, salt, lemon juice. Mix well. 

        3. Keep it in refrigerator for atleast 1 hour. Take it out. Add corn flour. Mix well. 

        4. Heat oil in kadai. Keep the flame to medium. Drop the chicken leg into oil. Cook for 2-3 mins. Flip it to another side.  

         5. Cook for 3-4 mins. Cook until both the sides cooks well. Strain the legs. Serve.

       Heat oil in kadai. Keep the flame to medium
        

         Drop the chicken legs gently. Cook for 2-3 mins  in medium flame. (Do not disturb it for 2-3 mins, otherwise the masala gets separated) 



              Flip it to another side. Cook for 3-4 mins. Cook both the sides well. 



                Strain the chicken legs



        Yummy chicken legs fry is ready. Serve.
