Murungaikai maangai sambar recipe with step by step pictures

Murungaikai maangai sambar (drumstick raw mango sambar) is a traditional south-indian sambar recipe. My mom makes it once or twice in a month. It is super delicious with little tanginess of the raw mango. You can add any vegetables like carrot, beans, brinjal in this sambar but the hit one is the drumstick and raw mango combination. Do try at your home and sure you love it.
