Channa vadai recipe with step by step pictures
Channa vadai is a healthy evening time snack. It is a south-indian recipe which is made in festive days. Channa is very good for health. Some kids don't like to eat boiled channa. And this channa vadai is a better option to replace the usual boring boiled channa. I made it in the same process as we use to make Paruppu vadai . Instead of bengal gram dal, I have used white channa to make this vadai.
