Boiled egg fry recipe with step by step pictures 


              Eggs are the best source of protein.  I include eggs in our food,  twice or thrice a week.  This boiled egg fry is a very easiest and simplest recipe yet very tasty.  You dont need to chop any veggies or grind any spices.  If you have boiled eggs,  then you can make it within 5 mins.  Boiled eggs are plain and making it spicy will tastes delicious. This is a sidedish recipe for any south-indian meal.  I love it having with curd rice or sambar rice.

Ingredients  :

.  Boiled eggs  -  5 
.  Oil  -  2 tsp
.  Turmeric powder  -  1/2 tsp
.  Chilli powder or kulambu powder  -  2-3 tsp
.  Salt to taste 


Method  : 

          Cut the boiled eggs into two halves. 

          Heat oil in a kadai.  Add eggs.  Add turmeric powder,  chilli powder and salt.  Mix well. 

          Cover and cook for 3 mins.  Stir in between. Switch off the flame.  Boiled eggs fry is ready.

           1) Take boiled eggs. 


           2) Cut it two halves. 


          3) Heat oil in a kadai. 


         4) Add eggs. 


          5) Add turmeric powder,  chilli powder and salt. 


           6) Gently mix it. 


           7) Cover and cook for 2-3 mins in low flame.  Stir in between.  Switch off the flame. 


            8) Boiled eggs fry is ready.
