South-indian lunch menu ideas 



                Today i have come up with a south-indian non-vegetarian lunch menu which i have done a few days back.  This non-vegetarian lunch menu is loaded with naatukozhi (country chicken).  I have made this simple but a special lunch within 2 hours.  If you have done the pre- preparation,  then you can cook within 1 1/2 hours.  

               This lunch menu contains steamed rice, rice accompaniment, soup,  Sidedishes,  rasam,  curd and some papads.  I cooked naatukozhi kulambu and with the cooked chicken pieces in kulambu,  i have made pichu potta naatukozhi which is a famous street food in our native place.  Similarly,  i cooked chicken soup and with that chicken pieces,  i have made chicken chukka fry.  I loved the combination of kulambu,  soup,  sidedish,  papads in my plate.  Do try this lunch menu at your home.
