Ingredients :
. Ragi / finger millet - 1 cup
. Idli rice/parboiled rice - 1/4 cup
. Urad dal - 2 tblsp
. Fenugreek seeds - 2 tsp
. Salt to taste
Method :
1. Take ragi, rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds in a bowl. Wash and Soak in water for 4 hours.
2. Drain the water. Transfer it to mixer jar. Grind it to smooth consistency by adding water.
3. Transfer to bowl. Let it ferment for 4 hours. Add salt and enough water to get dosa batter consistency.
4. Heat dosa tawa. Pour a laddle of batter and flatten it. Drizzle a tsp of oil. Cook for 30 secs. Flip it and cook for another 30 secs.
5. Remove to plate. Serve with any chutneys.

Take 1 cup of ragi
Add parboiled rice(idli rice)
Add urad dal
Add fenugreek seeds
