Podi dosa recipe with step by step pictures 


               Podi dosa is a easiest breakfast recipe that tastes delicious.  If you have any instant idli podi,  you can make it within a min.  While making dosa,  sprinkle some idli podi over it and cook.  Your tasty podi dosa is ready in minutes.  It tastes yummy with a scoop of Coconut chutney.  I used chilli chutney podi,  you can use podis of your choice.

Ingredients   :

.  Dosa batter  -  as needed to make dosas
.  Idli podi  -  as needed
.  Sesame Oil  -  to drizzle over dosas.  


Method  : 

              Heat dosa tawa.  Pour a laddle of batter.  Flatten it.  Sprinkle some podi over it.  Drizzle 2 tsp of oil around it.  Cover and cook for 30 secs.  Your tasty podi dosai is ready.  Serve hot with any chutney.

Note  : 

            Adjust the quantity of podi as per your taste. Do not add salt as dosa batter and podi has salt itself. 
            Sesame oil gives better taste and aroma to podi dosa.
